Guiding Principles
For over 30 years I have worked to support individuals and organizations in creating a more just and equitable society. Through collaboration and demonstrated experience, I help develop and enhance supportive services, build inclusive communities and advocate to advance meaningful social change. I know that this work is facing so many uphill battles, but I also believe that by working together, we can and will make a difference.
My work is rooted in a lifelong dedication to addressing societal inequities and a commitment to achieving tangible results that promote equity. Guided by a positive spirit, deep respect, and a sense of purpose, I strive to make a lasting impact with every partnership.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to support people, programs and organizations grow to meet the challenges that face us. I also know it’s important to maintain a strong base and support the foundation we get energized from. Supporting both and recognizing the strength of each is meaningful work to me. I meet people and organizations where they are—and can help them advance their goals and mission.
